Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to build scalable, secure, high-performance backend solutions. Work with enterprise clients to shape technical strategy, apply best practices, and ensure seamless integration across digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services and all server-side components.
  • Ensure optimal database performance and system responsiveness.
  • Design and build scalable APIs and backend services for business processes.
  • Write reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Implement security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
  • Run diagnostics, debug issues, and provide technical support.
  • Document Node.js processes, including database schemas and reports.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails (RoR).
  • Strong knowledge of backend architecture and APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Experience managing junior developers is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to handle urgent issues outside business hours occasionally.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (including serverless) is a plus.
